How to make a sex doll?

1) Making a mold for doll

When all the required materials are fully prepared, the processing of these raw materials begins. The materials are heated to about 200 degrees, and then the heated materials are injected into the mold, and the entity doll gradually forms in the mold.

5) Cooling
Because heating TPE requires very high temperatures, the mold needs to be placed in a coolant or clean cold water for several hours.
After the cooling process is over, the mold needs to be opened manually to take the doll out, and at this time the newly made real doll is not completely good. Because the pouring and cooling process will leave opening and closing lines and glue overflow on the doll, in order to make the real doll more beautiful and attractive, the next production process needs to be carried out.

6)Trimming and Smoothing
After the TPE doll is removed from the mold, the next step of processing needs to be done manually before the doll is complete and ready for sale.
The doll has rough edges just out of the mold, and the feet, hands, neck and sides of the body are smoothed by a sharpening tool to eliminate any uneven or rough edges, with the goal of making the doll look more real and beautiful. The fingernails and toe nails are also installed, and then thoroughly cleaned again. If there are no other defects after drying, talcum powder will be applied to keep it smooth and dry to maximize consumer satisfaction.

7) Making the doll’s head
The head and body of the doll are made separately because the head of the doll has more complex features than the body.
The process of making the head is very similar to that of the body, the only difference is the use of different molds. After the process of making the head of the doll is completed, a special makeup artist will make up for it to make the doll look more sexy and attractive. There are many more models of the head than the body, so that consumers have more choices of appearance. The factory usually pierces and screws the two together before leaving the factory.
